BMF® Wheels was founded in 2009 by a small team of automotive engineers and designers in California. As car enthusiasts themselves, they were dissatisfied with the aftermarket wheel options on the market. State-of-the-Art Manufacturing

Producing exquisite yet durable wheels requires world-class manufacturing. Our 90,000 square foot facility in Corona, California contains state-of-the-art machinery operated by our skilled production team.

We cast our alloy wheels using the finest aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum. The T6 tempering gives our alloy enhanced strength without making the wheels overly heavy. Our proprietary casting process ensures the aluminum has a uniform grain structure, preventing weak spots from forming.

Computer-controlled CNC machining helps us achieve tight tolerances and a precise fitment. We can machine complex designs that would be impossible through conventional methods. The CNC process also improves overall wheel balance, resulting in a smoother ride.

Rigorous testing is done at every step of the production process to verify our quality standards are met:

• Raw materials are inspected for defects before being approved.
• Castings are x-rayed and closely examined for inconsistencies.
• Finished wheels undergo cornering fatigue tests, radial fatigue tests, and impact tests to ensure long-term durability.
• A final balance and dimension check is performed prior to packaging and shipping.
