BMF® Wheels (“us”, “we”, or “our”) provides their website and related services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. By visiting our website and/or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our website.
Placing Orders
You may browse and place orders on our website without registering for an account. However, to complete checkout and purchase wheels or accessories, you will need to provide your shipping and billing information.
When placing an order, you must provide accurate details. We cannot be held liable for any delays or errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
The prices shown on our website are in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time but will not affect orders already placed.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any lawful reason. These include but are not limited to:
- Invalid payment details
- Abusive or threatening behavior
- Order errors due to incorrect information
- Requests violating our policies
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Payment will be processed upon checkout prior to your order being shipped.
If payment cannot be completed for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will be responsible for any fees incurred during the payment attempt.
Shipping & Delivery
BMF® Wheels provides free shipping on all orders over $300 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $300, a flat $25 shipping fee applies. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Orders are processed for shipment within 2 business days after successful payment. Transit time varies based on your location but is generally between 2 to 7 business days. Shipping times are estimates only; we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date and are not liable for any delays.
You will receive a tracking number when your order ships, allowing you to monitor the delivery status directly. Please inspect your package promptly upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any damage or missing items.
Returns & Refunds
BMF® Wheels backs all products with a 30-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your wheels or accessories for any reason, you can return them for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in original new condition. Wheels cannot have been mounted, installed, or otherwise used. Returns should include all original packaging, manuals, warranties, and accessories.
To initiate a return, first contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly note the RMA on the outside of the return package.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insuring your package in case of loss or damage in transit. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your original order.
Once received and inspected, refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Promotions & Discounts
BMF® Wheels may offer promotional discounts periodically. Common promotions include:
- Site-wide sales
- Free shipping
- Bundled wheel and tire packages
- Referral programs
- Newsletter sign-up discounts
Promotions are subject to certain exclusions, limitations, and terms per the specific offer. Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
User Account
Registering for an account on our website provides benefits such as:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Warranty
BMF® Wheels backs all products with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This covers any cracking, warping, peeling, or structurally related defects present at time of delivery.
Normal wear and tear, improper installation, over-tightening, road hazards, accidents, or abuse are not covered under the warranty. The warranty does not cover cosmetic flaws, such as coatings, surface scratches, tarnishing, etc.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us and provide proof of purchase along with detailed images showing the defect. If deemed eligible for coverage, we will promptly repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for charges related to removing and returning defective products. This warranty provides specific legal rights as well as other rights which vary by state.

The products sold on our website are for off-road and show use only. Users must check state and local laws prior to operating modified vehicles on public roads. We assume no responsibility for how customers use our products.
